Hi. I’m Olga Perfilieva 👋

I’m a Product Design Consultant with experience crafting user-centric solutions for both B2B and B2C business challenges at every stage of their growth.

I'm passionate about improving the quality of people's lives by creating experiences that are usable, valuable and human.

Always on a mission to advocate for users, I believe in the power of curiosity, continuous discovery and storytelling. It helps develop empathy for our users, empowering teams to build successful products.

I enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional, data-driven environment where design and research are closely engaged in every step of product development process.

I was lucky enough to hire Olga for a navigation refresh for our HR platform. Olga was able to marry together multiple viewpoints and different directions into a design that not only works for the team but for our users as well. She was open to input and feedback, dove deep into the details of our software, was curious about our needs and our users, and was strategic about her decisions.

Olga’s final design is streamlined, follows today’s UX best practices, and is brand-aligned. The result is an updated platform that is much easier for our customers to find their way around and self-serve more often, and will be critical to our continued success!

I started my career designing complex commercial interior spaces, where I learned to blend form and function at scale (pictured at a client construction site)
